WARNING<\/p>\n
The Seller does not conclude distance contracts (e.g. via a website, email or telephone order) whose subject matter is the purchase and sale of firearms or ammunition of categories A, B or C.<\/p>\n
In accordance with Act No. 190\/2003 Coll. on Firearms and Ammunition, the sale of weapons and ammunition of categories A, B and C is possible exclusively in person at the seller's premises.<\/p>\n
The weapons and ammunition listed on the website www.zbranebratislava.sk serve only as an informative overview of the offer and do not represent a binding proposal to conclude a purchase contract.<\/p>\n
The buyer, who is the holder of the relevant weapons license, is obliged to conclude a contract for the purchase of a weapon or ammunition in person at the seller's premises after presenting a valid weapons license and fulfilling all legal conditions.<\/p>\n
The seller is entitled to refuse the sale of a weapon or ammunition if the buyer does not meet the legal conditions under Act No. 190\/2003 Coll.<\/p>\n
DEFINITION OF WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION<\/p>\n
For the purposes of Act No. 190\/2003 Coll. on firearms and ammunition, the following shall apply:<\/p>\n
A firearm is a portable device that fires, is designed or can be modified to fire a projectile, the principle of its operation being the immediate release of energy upon firing.<\/p>\n
A weapon is also considered to be its main part, a component of a weapon, a replica of a weapon, or an imitation of a weapon.<\/p>\n
The main part of a weapon is understood in particular to mean:
\n\u2013 barrel
\n\u2013 cartridge chamber
\n\u2013 insert barrel
\n\u2013 revolver cylinder
\n\u2013 conclusion<\/p>\n
Ammunition means a cartridge or shell, including ammunition components, which are:
\n\u2013 match
\n\u2013 ejection charge
\n\u2013 shot<\/p>\n
Ammunition components are intended for use in firearms.<\/p>\n
REMOTE SALE OF WEAPONS<\/p>\n
According to Section 14a of Act No. 190\/2003 Coll. on Firearms and Ammunition, it is prohibited to conclude distance contracts whose subject matter is the purchase or sale of firearms or ammunition, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\n
An exception is cases where a distance contract is concluded by a firearms license holder with another firearms license holder or with a person authorized to trade in weapons and ammunition as part of their business activities.<\/p>\n
BASIC PROVISIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES<\/p>\n
These terms and conditions govern the legal relations between the company:<\/p>\n

(hereinafter referred to as the "provider")<\/p>\n
and customers who order services via the website www.shootingacademy.sk.<\/p>\n
Legal relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed in particular by:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Act No. 40\/1964 Coll. Civil Code
\n\u2013 Act No. 108\/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection
\n\u2013 Act No. 190\/2003 Coll. on firearms and ammunition<\/p>\n
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/p>\n
The proposal for concluding a contract is the offer of services published on the website www.shootingacademy.sk.<\/p>\n
The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the service provider.<\/p>\n
The customer is informed about the order confirmation by email or telephone.<\/p>\n
A concluded contract may be amended or cancelled only by agreement of the contracting parties or on the basis of legal grounds.<\/p>\n
The contract is concluded in the Slovak language and is archived by the provider for a period of at least 5 years.<\/p>\n
PRICES<\/p>\n
All service prices listed on the website are final.<\/p>\n
The provider reserves the right to change the prices of services. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.<\/p>\n
Additional services can be ordered in addition to the basic service, for example:<\/p>\n
\u2013 ammunition
\n\u2013 weapon rental
\n\u2013 equipment rental
\n\u2013 tactical accessories<\/p>\n
PAYMENT TERMS<\/p>\n
Payment can be made:<\/p>\n
\u2013 by bank transfer
\n\u2013 by direct deposit into the account
\n\u2013 in cash at the service location<\/p>\n
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT<\/p>\n
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.<\/p>\n
The exception is leisure activity services provided on a specific date (e.g. shooting courses or shooting experiences). In such a case, the consumer cannot withdraw from the contract pursuant to Section 19 of Act No. 108\/2024 Coll.<\/p>\n
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the provider will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal.<\/p>\n
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/p>\n
The processing of personal data is governed by:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)
\n\u2013 Act No. 18\/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data<\/p>\n
Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not be provided to third parties except in cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE<\/p>\n
The consumer has the right to file a service complaint if the service was not provided to the agreed extent or quality.<\/p>\n

The complaint must contain:<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 description of the service defect
\n\u2013 proof of payment for the service<\/p>\n
Complaint handling<\/p>\n
The complaint will be handled immediately, no later than 30 days from its submission.<\/p>\n
The customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint in writing or by email.<\/p>\n
FINAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n
These terms and conditions come into effect on:<\/p>\n
